Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Shinwari Pizza Hub ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Shinwari Pizza Hub website and application.

You agree that by accessing the data-services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms of service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Account Creation: You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

Order Placement: When you place an order, you agree that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. You are authorized to use the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Service Areas: We only deliver to specific locations defined by our branch radiuses. If you are outside our delivery zone, you may be unable to place an order for delivery.

Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are just that — estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Availability: You must be available to receive the delivery at the estimated time. If you are not present, we may be unable to complete the delivery and you may still be charged.

Cancellations: You may cancel an order within a short window after placing it, before the kitchen has started preparation. Once preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted or may be subject to a charge.

Refunds: Refunds are processed at our discretion. If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We may offer a replacement or a full/partial refund.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
• Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
